<h3><a name="q1"></a>Q1. I can't remember my password.  What can I do?</h3>
<p>In the orange box to your right:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Select your jurisdiction from the drop-down menu found under <strong>Renew or administer your domain names</strong>.</li>
  <li>On the next screen you will be prompted to login. Select the <strong>Forgotten your account password?</strong> link.</li>
  <li>Enter details as per instructions on the page and then hit the <strong>submit</strong> button.</li>
  <li>The system will send further instructions via email to the registered contact for the domain.</li>
</ul>
<h3><a name="q2"></a>Q2. I am a Registrant contact for 30 gov.au domain names.  What is the easiest way to update details associated to these domains?  Is it possible to perform a bulk change?</h3>
<p>Bulk changes can be made on request. If you have a large number of domain names and require a bulk change please send a request via email to <a href="mailto:dna@agimo.gov.au">dna@agimo.gov.au</a>. Please include the domain names, list the changes required and provide an indication of how urgent the request is.</p>
<h3><a name="q3"></a>Q3. My Department has undergone a change of name.  How do I update my organisation name?</h3>
<p>In the orange box to your right:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Select your jurisdiction from the drop-down menu found under <strong>Renew or administer your domain names</strong>.</li>
  <li>Enter your <strong>login</strong> details when prompted. See <a href="#q1">Q1</a> if you don't have these.</li>
  <li>Select the domain name you wish to modify from the drop down list and hit the <strong>Administer</strong> button.</li>
  <li>Select the <strong>Domain name</strong> menu item from the next screen.</li>
  <li>Next to 'Government entity responsible for domain name' insert the correct name and hit the <strong>Update Eligibility</strong> button.</li>
</ul>
<p>You may also need to update organization information recorded against the contacts for your domain names and accounts:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Continuing from the previous step, select <strong>Edit contact</strong> and change the organisation details recorded against the Registrant and Tech contacts.</li>
  <li>You may also need to update your account details. To do this select <strong>main menu</strong> from the top right of your screen and then select <strong>Edit your current user details</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you have a large number of domain names please refer to <a href="#q2">Q2</a>.</p>
<h3><a name="q4"></a>Q4. The current domain Registrant contact has left the organisation.  How do I become the contact for this domain?</h3>
<p>In the orange box to your right:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Underneath the heading <strong>Apply to manage an existing domain name</strong>, select the link <strong>Click here to apply</strong>.</li>
  <li>Select the option relevant to you, depending on whether you have an existing gov.au account or not, and <strong>select your jurisdiction</strong> from the drop-down menu.</li>
  <li>Enter your details on the account application form and hit the <strong>Administer</strong> button.</li>
  <li>The request will be sent to your <a href="Contact_Us" title="Domain Provider">Domain Provider</a> to review and approve or reject.</li>
  <li>Once the request has been actioned, you will be notified via email of the decision and provided information on how to proceed.</li>

<h3><a name="q5"></a>Q5. How do I delete a domain no longer required?</h3>
<p>In the orange box to your right:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Select your jurisdiction from the drop-down menu found under <strong>Renew or administer your domain names</strong>.</li>
  <li>Enter your <strong>login</strong> details when prompted. See <a href="#q1">Q1</a> if you don't have these.</li>
  <li>Select the domain name you wish to modify from the drop down list and hit the <strong>Administer</strong> button.</li>
  <li>Select <strong>Apply to delete this domain name</strong> from the next screen.</li>
  <li>Enter details in fields provided and hit the <strong>Submit</strong> button.</li>
  <li>Your request for deletion will be sent to your Domain Provider to review and confirm.</li>

<h3><a name="q6"></a>Q6. How do I update a name server and/or add a glue record to a domain?</h3>
<p>In the orange box to your right:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Select your jurisdiction from the drop-down menu found under <strong>Renew or administer your domain names</strong>.</li>
  <li>Enter your <strong>login</strong> details when prompted. See <a href="#q1">Q1</a> if you don't have these.</li>
  <li>Select the domain name you wish to modify from the drop down list and hit the <strong>Administer</strong> button.</li>
  <li>Select the <strong>Domain name</strong> menu item from the next screen.</li>
  <li>Scroll down to the bottom of this page to <strong>Domain Delegation</strong>.  Here you will be able to delete or add name servers as per instructions in this section.</li>
  <li>Should you need to add a Glue Record or update an IP address, select <strong>Manage domain hosts</strong>.</li>

<h3><a name="q7"></a>Q7. What is the difference between the ACCOUNT username and password and the DOMAIN username and password?</h3>
<p><strong>Using your ACCOUNT login you can administer all domain names registered to you. This includes:</strong></p>
<ul>
  <li>Delegations and modifying host servers</li>
  <li>Modifying contact information.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Using your ACCOUNT login you can also administer your account details. This includes:</strong></p>
<ul>
  <li>Modifying contact information</li>
  <li>Viewing pending applications and notices</li>
  <li>Changing domain passwords</li>
  <li>Paying invoices</li>
  <li>Applying to manage other domain names.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your DOMAIN login details provide access to administer a single domain name. This includes:</strong></p>
<ul>
  <li>Delegations and modifying host servers</li>
  <li>Modifying contact information.</li>
  <li>You cannot access any account functions when you login with a domain password.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Why do I need both?</strong></p>
<p>You may wish to disregard your DOMAIN passwords, as your ACCOUNT password will provide you with full access to any domains registered to you.</p>
<p>Alternatively, you may wish to provide DOMAIN login details to your technical manager or service provider to allow limited access to specific domains.</p>
